Ferry Wharf Office Building

Ferry Wharf is a mixed-use waterfront development in Mount Pleasant, offering office, retail, and hospitality space with views of the Charleston Harbor. Its five-story office building added modern workspace and amenities to the area’s growing business district.

Atlantic Electric installed the electrical systems for the building’s core and shell. The work included temporary power and lighting, a full electrical distribution system, and lighting controls with dimming capability. The team furnished and installed interior and exterior lighting fixtures, a communications system, area-of-rescue equipment, fire alarm and emergency generator systems, motor controls and wiring, as well as lightning protection, grounding, and surge protection systems.
