Phase, four-to-five-year GMP program. Work is sequenced to keep the existing facility fully operational, requiring substantial temporary power solutions and close coordination with the owner/operator and other major stakeholders.

Atlantic Electric is furnishing and installing a facility-wide 2,500 kW generator with provisions for a future second unit; new low-voltage double-ended switchboards and molded-case switchboards; provisions for medium-voltage liquid-filled pad-mount transformers and sectionalizing switches/cabinets with concrete pads; power and communications duct banks, secondary conductors, terminations, and metering cabinets/bases. The scope includes low-voltage double-ended MCCs with reduced-voltage starters and VFDs; standalone full-voltage starters and VFDs up to 150 HP with shielded VFD cable; power and lighting panelboards, emergency lighting inverters and contactors, dry-type transformers, and other low-voltage distribution equipment. Additional work comprises low-voltage control, instrumentation, and data infrastructure; above-ground raceway systems (in-slab, in concrete/block walls, and overhead, including paths through hazardous locations); new reinforced concrete-encased underground primary and secondary duct banks with manholes and handholes; complete power/control/instrumentation wiring and cabling; and lighting systems, wiring devices, networking, and fiber-optic infrastructure.
